A daydream which imprints the bright, vivid and rarefied atmosphere of the lagoon amongst the creases of the soul: the morning dew fluctuating along the flat horizon; the light, nebulous breeze which ripples the small, placid waves; the glints of sunlight and the rustling air which paint the delicate glow of a boundless landscape with iridescent nuances.
A refined homage to this marine universe, Lagoon represents Or.nami’s new wallpaper range for Autumn 2022. The collection features delicate glimmers of stylised flora which emerge like remnants of a dream: impalpable, dreamlike and at the same time real, they light up equally delicate chromatic depths with delicate visual suggestions in ton sur ton nuances. Lagoon is a sentimental ode to the enchanting appeal of nature and the power of colour in all its beauty and expressive power, its remarkable ability to become impalpable, to transcend matter and create light.
An important new detail provides the new collection from the Emilian wallpaper design house with further meaning: this is the first project for which the artistic direction has been led by Anna Zaccaria, a graphic designer and illustrator with an unmistakeable touch, who has worked with the brand for many years and is the right-hand woman of its founder, Gabriella Fusillo. This all-female synergy bears testament to the trust and esteem Gabriella places in her closest associate, as well as the brand’s desire to continually grow and evolve, thanks to the ever-more significant support in terms of professionalism and talent.
